No exceptions right now. If you're not 18, this isn't the app for you yet — come back when you are.

This is a beta. Treat it like one.

• Stuff will break. We're actively building this.
• Your data — posts, shoes, everything — can get wiped or reset without warning while we're in this phase.
• We're not making promises about uptime, and there's no warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Your content, our license to run it

You own what you post. By posting it here, you're giving us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute it within the app so the thing actually works. That license ends when you delete the post or your account (subject to our normal retention — see the Privacy Policy).

Rules, and what happens if you break them

Don't harass people, don't post illegal content, don't impersonate anyone, don't spam. We can remove content, suspend, or permanently ban any account that breaks these rules or abuses the platform, at our discretion, with or without notice. Report and block tools exist for a reason — use them.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, moodyring and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Use it at your own risk — same as any early-stage product.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, you'll be asked to accept the new version again before you can keep using the app.
