What we collect

• Account info you give us: display name, email.
• What you write and submit — only if you tap Share or Save. Text you type but never submit is not collected.
• Basic device/usage info (browser type, rough location from IP) if you accept analytics cookies below.

What we don't do

• No silent background mood-tracking. Nothing is analyzed or stored until you choose to share or save it.
• We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties for money or cross-context advertising.

UK / EEA — GDPR & PECR

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw cookie consent at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer. Our lawful basis for processing is your consent (for optional cookies) and contract necessity (to run your account). Contact us to exercise these rights.

California — CCPA / CPRA

California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, request deletion, correct inaccuracies, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. You can still submit a "Do Not Sell or Share" request and we will honor it going forward.

Retention & contact

We keep account data while your account is active, and shared/saved entries until you delete them or close your account.
